Following our AGM on December 6, we’d like to thank outgoing Board member Sarah Pilote-Henry, a lawyer at Fasken, for her valuable contribution over the past five years.

We’d also like to underscore the dedication of both long-time and new Board members: Marc Boivin, dancer and teacher; Anne Bénichou, a professor in the School of Visual and Media Arts at UQAM; Yves Bergeron, a professor of Museology and Heritage in the Department of Art History at UQAM; George Krump, cultural manager, researcher and consultant; Katya Montaignac, dancer, choreographer, dramaturg and dance curator; Josée Plamondon, a librarian by training and data and information retrieval systems specialist; and Angélique Willkie, performer, singer, professor and dramaturg. Visit EC2 to read the full biographies of these passionate individuals!

We bid farewell to our communications project manager, Sandrine Carpentier, who’ll be returning to school full-time—thank you, Sandrine, for your contagious enthusiasm! And we’re delighted to welcome a new member to our team—Frédérique Rivest—who is completing a degree in film studies and will be posting all kinds of new videos on EC2!
